Postage and Packaging

27th August - Notice of delayed shipping 27th August - 7th September*

* All orders received between the 27th August and 7th of September will be shipped on the 10th of September. Express Post shipping will be unavailable during this period.

Any order received between 27th August and the 31st of August will be shipping via Express Post on the 10th. All other orders will be shipped by regular post.


Shipping timeframe - 24-48 hours dispatch on all orders 2018 - Regular Post & Express Post orders.

All orders received by Sunnies.com.au are dispatched within 2 business days of receipt of your order*. Express Post orders are shipped as soon as possible, however, please leave up to 3 days for receipt of the order in case of delay.

If your item is not in stock, your item will be refunded. We will attempt to contact you in the case you would like a replacement item. 

Tracking - All orders are processed online directly with Australia Post, your email address will be added so you receive instant updates directly from Australia Post on the status of your delivery. If you have input the incorrect email, you will not receive updates, please double check the email is correct when placing your order to ensure you do not miss the order updates. 

Signature on delivery - If you would like your order to be delivered only to you, please select signature on delivery option. If your item goes missing due to not requesting a signature, you will need to contact Australia Post. 

Sunnies.com.au offer a flat postage and packaging fee for all orders. In order to provide you with great quality sunnies at great prices shipping includes packaging costs, providing everyone with great savings on their shopping. 

We take great care to wrap your products as best we can to protect them in transit, in fact, packaging your item with the greatest of care is key to ensuring it arrives safely.  While we cannot control all en route handling, if your order is in anyway damaged during transit please let us know and we can arrange a replacement of your order for you at no cost to you.

Express Post - It is important to be aware of the Express Post delivery network. Please click on the link herein to see if your location is covered by the next day guarantee. Sunnies.com.au is unable to provide refunds for late receipt of orders, please contact Australia Post with any issues. Sunnies.com.au warrants your products until they are sent, we use Australia Post and once sent, we will provide you with a tracking number, thereafter we take no further responsibility in the delivery process. 

If your delivery is late or lost you can lodge a complaint online with Australia Post and request a refund on your shipping.
